CHARLES ROLLAND LARAMORE Ph.D. (Board Member)
Dr. Laramore’s formal training is in microbiology and mycology. His career as a corporate senior scientist and applied researcher provides him with a unique pragmatic insight for his research in critically limiting production pathologies and disease problems related to marine animal health and nutrition. In recent years he has established himself as one of the leading experts in the pathology of cultured shrimp. He has developed a number of techniques and protocols for the detection and diagnosis of shrimp viral diseases. Dr. Laramore has also developed larval shrimp diets, which are currently internationally marketed by a number of private companies. He was recently granted a U.S. Patent titled “Composition and Method for Inducing Tolerance to Viral Infection in Aquatic Animals”.
DAVID E. VAUGHAN, Ph.D. (Board Member)
Dr. David E. Vaughan is an aquatic science and nutrition researcher who has designed, built and operated many water related projects, programs and businesses. He initiated the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution’s Aquaculture Division in 1991 and built the Aquaculture Development Park, and ACTED, the Aquaculture Center for Training, Education and Demonstration. Dr. Vaughan built and developed the Center for Marine Ornamental Research (CMOR), which is now incorporated as Oceans, Reefs and Aquariums Inc (ORA), which he was president of until 2001 . Dr. Vaughan is now chief Scientist for EarthEcho Interntionals’ Coral Reef Restoration Initiative (CRI), (a coral gene bank, for reef restoration). Dr. Vaughan is also the Executive Director of the Mote Tropical Research Lab in the Florida Keys and Center Director for Coral Reef Research. Dr. Vaughan is one of the head research scientists for NanoNutrients LC.
JAMES PARKER KAISER II, Ph.D. (Board Member)
Dr. Kaiser’s formal training is in Industrial Education, Engineering, and Holistic Health – both in practice and in applied science in nutrient design. His career in education and engineering combined with his holistic health background provides him with a position to design cutting edge technologies for the production of cutting edge nutritional supplements.
Dr. Wilson Richard Barton (Board Member)
Wilson Richard Barton, University of Utah, graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1978 and Grace School of Medicine in 2000. Clinical experience in Utah and Colorado for the last 29 years, with medical training in Mexico, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, Atlanta, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Barton is conversant in German, Spanish, and the English languages. His clinic is located in West Valley City, Utah and in his spare time he enjoys the ongoing study of Law, and Biochemistry as his main hobbies and occasionally opines his love for fishing.
Dr. Tracy Holdford
Dr. Holdford has degrees in Microbiology, Physics, Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemisty, Environmental Chemistry, Theology and Philosophy, Theology, and Muscular Therapies, including PhD.s in Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Theology and Philosophy, and Nuclear Physics. Since 1991 he has had his own private practice consulting on medical, nutritional, and spiritual issues. In 2000 he and his wife formed Village of Healing which, although based primarily in Missouri and Ohio, has telephone consultations coming in nationwide. Other engagements have included working with the Department of Defense, holding CEU workshops and classes for the St. John.s Regional Health Center, participating in the (Missouri) Governor.s Council on Health Care, and speaking at the Midwest Research Society.
